Rich is a graduate of the University of Iowa and holds a Master’s Degree from Purdue University. He has a diverse array of market research experiences from copy testing on durable goods in Germany to influencing shopper based design strategies at Walmart. He has worked on multiple “billion dollar brands” at both P&G and Mars, Inc. Rich has a particular passion for building brands by leveraging social media to help retailers and manufacturers better understand their shoppers.
CO-FOUNDER: Sean Engle
Sean is a graduate of Texas State University – San Marcos and a proud veteran of the United States Marine Corps. Sean approaches the field of market research with an extreme bias for action. This has served him well in his broad range of shopper insights roles influencing retailer and channel strategies across Mass, Club, Online Pure Play, and Professional Supply. His work at P&G and the Clorox Company have made him a leading expert on fast moving consumer goods and professional products. Sean has a strong passion for turning insights into action.
